Mike Helfand, Chief Operating Officer
Mike Helfand has screen printing in his blood. In 1980, Mike joined his father and his uncle at H&H Graphics, Inc. and began learning every aspect of the business. From technical requirements and equipment maintenance to screen making, color mixing, specialty inks, pricing and production, Mike truly has worn all hats. Mike's personal relationships with customers are extremely important to him. His 28 year expertise gives H&H Graphics a competitive advantage, and has kept customers coming back year after year. Mike embodies the values of H&H Graphics. Mike and his wife Lisa have 3 children. Mike is an avid sports fan and enjoys bike riding, travel and spending time with his children.

Michelle Leissner, President and CEO
Although Michelle is a CPA and began her career in public accounting with a Big 8 Global firm, she always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for small to mid-size privately held companies. After working for several different organizations including Hexacomb Corporation, Tenneco Packaging, Pactiv, Solo Cup Company and The Care of Trees, and going through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings, Michelle realized her dream and became a business owner. Michelle brings over 17 years of practical business experience, financial discipline and strategic acumen to H&H Graphics. She is also a family minded, customer service oriented professional dedicated to the values H&H was built on. Michelle and her husband Mike have 2 children. She enjoys many activities, including charity work, running, reading, and travel.
