Michelle Leissner: President & CEO
In March 2008, Michelle and her partners purchased H&H Graphics, Inc. As president and CEO of the Company, H&H Graphics has achieved 44% revenue growth, tripled the number of employees and moved to a state-of-the-art special effects screen printing facility.
Michelle is a CPA and graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan with a BS of Business Administration degree. She began her career with Price Waterhouse working in the Middle Market and Growing Companies division of the Chicago practice then joined the management team of a $60 million manufacturing company that grew it to $100 million and sold it. Michelle went on to become Director of Finance for a $350 million division of Pactiv, VP of Finance for Solo Cup Company and CFO for The Care of Trees, a $50 million tree care company with 23 offices across the US.
Michelle’s combination of tenure working with small, privately held businesses and large, public multinational companies has given her a unique perspective and the ability to see a company through different stages of its lifecycle from start up to maturity.
Derrick Celewicz: VP of Operations
Derrick is a manufacturing operations professional with over 25 years of experience in the printing and plastic industry, most of it at the managerial level. His consistent record of successfully achieving revenue, cost, productivity, and delivery goals has been very beneficial for our customers and our business. He has led diverse teams in development, design and at the project realization stage. Derrick is also a patent holder related to card manufacturing and is accredited with ACE certification title by the International Card Manufacturing Association (ICMA).
Derrick has also served as GM for Valid USA, plant and manufacturing operations manager for Versatile Card Technologies (VCT) and production manager for Vision Graphics. Derrick graduated from AGH University of Science & Technology in Cracow, Poland.
John Lipkowski: VP of Sales & Marketing
John is responsible for all business development, account management and sales generation. He’s made a name for himself throughout the commercial printing industry by building long term relationships, maintaining a strong customer focus, having a great attention to detail, and an ability to apply creative skills to solve and prevent roadblocks. John is a big part of why we achieve Anything but Ordinary on a regular basis.
Before H&H, John served as technical sales representative for Sun Chemical, and account manager for ICC Computer & AV Rentals, Vernon Technology Solutions and CRCA. John graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Mike Thomas: Director of Games Promotions
Mike manages the sales and marketing for instant win games for consumer and business promotions. Mike has focused on helping clients get the best possible return on their investment when it relates to promotional sweepstakes games, direct mail, web online tie-ins, incentive programs, and other highly creative marketing programs. He has developed many unique games over the years, including an interactive product called “WebCling” that pushed consumers online to a website, and was featured in Crain’s. Mike has guided clients to pull together the entire project, including rules drafting, attorney approval, prize insurance, fulfillment. Mike has spearheaded many large-scale games promotions for multinational companies, which require web site portals, online games and tracking. The types of games promotions include: scratch offs, pull tabs, scan cards, heat activated, water activated, bingo, black light cards, mobile games, sweepstakes, and many others.
Prior to the promotions market, Mike worked at AT&T and a small printing and promotions company, MCC Printing and Promotions, where he developed a passion for promotions. In 2005, Mike founded Winning Promotions, which was acquired by H&H Graphics in 2016. Mike graduated with a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University.
