  • Eligible mail includes: USPS Marketing Mail™ letters and flats, as well as Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail™ letters and flats.
  • Ineligible mail includes: First Class Mail® presort & automation letters, cards and flats, as well as periodicals, bound printed matter and Media Mail.
